On the 10th and 11th of May, the educational days were held for the Assistant Technical Course in Cultural Environments of the University of Málaga. The museum collaborated in this educational project, given the desire to maintain synergies between institutions that work for social inclusion.
The degree is designed for young people with disabilities and aims to promote their employment integration.
With the aim of bringing the students closer to a real working environment, the museum team presented in two four-hour sessions, an educational program with instruments and tools to enhance their proactivity and the ability to integrate in cultural environments.
The virtual days were presented by Txell Díaz and Charline Bony, members of the Museu Carmen Thyssen Andorra team and responsible for the development of this training programme during these Malaga days. During these sessions, the exhibition “Khrôma. The Emotional Universe of Colour” and the educational programme were highlighted in order to make art accessible to everyone in a fun and innovative way.
It was a real privilege to be able to participate in these interventions together with other great Spanish museums!
