This November we’ll talk about the news of the current exhibition: the tactile reproductions. In this post we will know the Andy Warhol’s and Vince Herrera’s artworks.
The first tactile titled “Mick Jagger”, is a reproduction of the original silkscreen printing. The points represent the cuts of colours paper used to do the collage, the hair is represented with lines and the lips half-opened are highlighted also we can appreciate the signatures of both artists.
The second tactile represents the artwork “Marilyn” realised with street art materials like the sprays. The lips are an important part, as well as the freckle so characteristic of the pop icon Marilyn Monroe. Realised with reliefs where you can touch his hair represented with crooked lines as her hair form
Both works are alongside with his sheet informatiom with braille.
