One of the main objectives of the MCTA is the social inclusion as well as the recognition of all the diverse intelligences that exist in our society. In this sense, the museum joins the International Day of people with disabilities.
For this reason, the museum collaborates with several entities in order to give visibility to this group. The contest is organized together with the Fundació Privada Nostra Senyora de Meritxell, for the creation for a cup that commemorates this day in a very special way. This cup can be found in the store of the Carmen Thyssen Andorra Museum, where other products such as magnets or pins are made by the users of the “Xeridell” workshop.
In addition, the museum collaborates in other projects, for example with the company of nougat and honey Alemany and the company Pyrénées, whith the boxes designed by the users of the Fundació Privada Nostra Senyora de Meritxell.
All the benefits collected with the products go entirely to the benefit of the people part of the Fundació Privada Nostra Senyora de Meritxell.
