Programming:
- @cthyssenandorra a #pleinair: International Environment Day
Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 June
On the International Environment Day, on June 5th, the MCTA invites you to participate in a special edition of the monthly activity @cthyssenandorra a #pleinair. On this occasion, participants will start the workshop with a story that will look at the changes in our environment through the eyes of a 6-year-old girl in the year 2071, and the consequences that our current actions could have.
During the workshop, families will imagine their own earth and reproduce it, in the form of a globe, with acrylic paint, by drawing, or by applying the collage technique.
- Activity #PayWhatYouWish
Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 June
For the second weekend of the month, the MCTA is collaborating with the Andorra Committee for UNICEF through the #PayWhatYouWish activity. During the activity, organised jointly with Marissa McDonalds from AndWearis, participants will learn how to make frames of works with a recycled poster from the museum’s previous exhibitions.
Afterwards, we will lead the participants to visit the exhibition Talented Painters of the Same Origin. From Rigalt to Puigdengolas, adding a donation to the entrance fee. The proceeds from the weekend will go to UNICEF.
- Conference by Albert Gumí, artistic curator of the ONCA Foundation
Wednesday 16 June, 7 pm
On Wednesday 16 June at 7 pm, the MCTA will host a lecture open to the public by the ONCA Foundation’s artistic curator, Albert Gumí. Between melody and painting, the conference will focus on musical discourse, selected by the ONCA curator, and included as a novelty in the exhibition Talented Painters of the Same Origin. From Rigalt to Puigdengolas.
The conference can be followed, live, through a link that we will communicate to you and that will take you directly to the museum’s Youtube profile, as well as to our social networks.

Saturday 26 June, 8 pm
To conclude the month of June, we propose to the members of the Carnet Jove, between 18 and 30 years old, to participate in the #TalentInfiltrart activity. During this game, which will be played in teams, participants will have to take on the role of the artists in the exhibition Talented Painters of the Same Origin. From Rigalt to Puigdengolas. The participants will have to face three tests and their aim will be to collect as many clues as possible to identify which of them is the impostor artist.
The activity will take place behind closed doors and reservations must be made in advance through www.carnetjove.ad. The entrance fee is 5 euros per participant.
