The Museu Carmen Thyssen Andorra extends family activities of free participation throughout July.
- Saturday 3 and Sunday 4: Summer Postals.
Coinciding with the start of the school holidays, on the weekend of 3 and 4 July, the summer Postal Workshop is proposed, an activity which invites families to create postcards and letters inspired by their favourite travel and summer sites. Beach or mountain, represented by different techniques, will allow assistants to send their best wishes during the journey.
- Saturday 10 and Sunday 11: It Discovers Maritime Landscapes.
During the weekend, participants will be invited to know the works of the Col·lecció d’Art de Crèdit Andorrà, in which scenes and seascapes are represented.
- Saturday 17: Mobile Workshop with solar elements.
On Saturday July 17 from 10 to 14 h, activity will be performed outside the museum and from 14 to 19 h, it will be moved to the museum lobby in the form of a luminous mural. Proposals inspired by the magic of Mediterranean summer light where everyone is invited to participate freely.
- Saturday 24: Create your Festa Major shirt.
The museum will go into the parish’s Festa with a workshop for stamping T-shirts or cloth elements. In the activity creates your Festa Major shirt, we invite the participants to stamp elements of Caldes and elements of the parish party, to create unique designs. A proposal to customize objects using the traditional technique used by the mythical Llotja School in its textile beginnings.
- Sunday 25: We paint Santa Anna Square.
The museum will continue to celebrate the parish feast and a mural will be arranged in the museum lobby in which participants will be encouraged to paint the Plaça Santa Anna de Festa Major, to fill it with colours and sandstone.
