On Thursday 24 March we start the lecture series for this new exhibition, Made in Paris. The generation of Matisse, Lagar and Foujita, with Impressionist Virtuosi, led by Andorran musicologist Josep Martínez Reinoso, who will present the musical discourse present in the exhibition’s audio guides.
The presentation will focus on a selection of musical pieces by Impressionist composers, which were performed by three French pianists, pioneers in the mid-20th century recording industry: Henriette Faure, Germaine Thyssens-Valentin and Magda Tagliaferro.
